Your subscription renews monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we will never charge you without your consent. Your 30-day free trial ends automatically — you will never be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription inside the app, or contact us at info@teologo.ai and we will handle it within 24 hours.
What we collect: Your name, email address, account preferences (theology tradition, Bible translation, language, theme), and the devotional conversations you choose to save to your journal.
How we use it: Solely to provide you with a personalized faith experience. Your conversations power Teo's responses and are stored securely in your private account. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
AI conversations: Your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate Teo's responses. Conversations are not used to train AI models. Only the conversations you actively choose to save are stored in your journal.
Data security: Your account is protected by Supabase's enterprise-grade security infrastructure with Row Level Security — meaning only you can access your data. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
Your rights: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at info@teologo.ai. We will process your request within 30 days.

DevoTeologo is a faith companion tool, not a substitute for pastoral counseling, professional mental health services, or theological authority. Teo's responses are AI-generated and should be used as a personal devotional aid alongside your own faith community and spiritual leadership.
By creating an account you agree to use the service respectfully and in accordance with Christian values. Accounts found to be abusing the service may be suspended.
Innovation Tech World LLC reserves the right to update these terms with notice to users via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
